The breakfast at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. the staff members were incredibly friendly and courteous. - the location was absolutely perfect, close to a beautiful beach. - the room was modern and had a comfortable living room. - the bed in the room was very comfortable. - the pool area offered reasonably priced and fantastic food options.

The hotel needs renovation. It looks very old. The breakfast is poor. It is 5-7 km from the centre of Hoi An.

The hotel is peaceful and quiet, our room had a living room as well as free WiFi, and the breakfast by the pool was delicious and satisfying for everyone.

Excellent staff, they worked hard and were very professional! the deluxe queen room we stayed in was top-notch - the view was simply stunning! 🌟

After 7 hotels ( mainly 3 star) in se Asia - this 4 star was the dud - The Booked.net page claims Air-conditioned rooms at Hoi An Agribank feature Wi-Fi access, satellite tv and an in-room safe and Free! Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge -This is not true - wifi is only avaiable in reception -and so poor you cant make a skype call and in some vip rooms. The hotel manager never made himself available to discuss my concerns. In addition when I arrived a breakfast plate, dish and bowl were outside neighbours door - when I left 3 days later they were still there - though the food was gone - probably eaten by insects. All the 3 star hotels were clean in the room - this 4 star had mould on the bathroom tiles and the bedroom paint work. .

It was holiday and we would have stayed for longer. The location was amazing and lovely, staff were incredibly attentive. It included pleasant restaurant for easy meals.

The rooms are top quality, the breakfast is savory and ample, the location is perfect and exceptionally beautiful, easily accessible by taxi, and the pool is very clean.

For the price and location it was great value for money. We loved the easy access to the beach, the great swimming pool and the comfortable rooms. The staff were very helpful, the food was fair and the shuttle bus to Hoi An was handy. We loved Hoi an, but it was so nice to be able to escape and relax on the private beach.Would recommend as an excellent choice for budget concious, family or romantic holidays.

Wi Fi was only available in the business centre. The wine list was non existent

The resort had a great location on the beach. The pool was spacious and clean and there were a good number of sun beds etc. A great hotel if you wanted a beach resort and didnt felt the need to leave the hotel much.

Hotel was used by tour groups so breakfast got a little chaotic at times. The shuttle bus ran regularly but the last one into town was around 5pm so meant a taxi ride back to the hotel each night. Not the place to stay if you want something within walking distance of the old part of Hoi An.

The hotel was unforgettable with peaceful rooms. the restaurant served amazing hot dishes perfect for easy meals. - the location was stunning and convenient. - the staff was incredibly accommodating and outstanding. - the view was great and the service was excellent, making our stay really enjoyable.

The space and garden

There were only 10 guests in the hotel during our stay so there was almost nothing available in the restaurant, the rooms were not clean, the service is poor, hotel sad and not pleasant.

It has extraordinary service-minded and hard-working staff and astonishing views. Very good service, the breakfast was rich and they have free parking if needed. Convenient to have free WiFi in the lobby.

Unforgettable hotel with exceptionally clean rooms and great ocean views. Recently refurbished room, well-equipped with standard decor. - Staff was reasonably good and decent. - the restaurant served nice meals. - Excellent and unbeatable location right in front of the sea. - A great way to end our holiday.

Outside infrastructure is nice with palm trees and on beach. Free shuttle to go in the city takes 20 mins. Service is all rights.

No night shuttle after 5 pm, taxi seems expensive. We changed our room, windows and cupboard doors do not close correctly. There is black moisture everywhere in bathroom. Toilet is moving when we seat. Curtains are not correctly hanged. There is no safe box. Towels were used with holes. There is no health centre. Breakfast is disappointed, the last day is was a la carte. It's a very basic 3* hotel.
